The Nalgo Putting League is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information of its members. To ensure that we can carry out our role efficiently, we hold and process relevant data on our members. This data is held for reasons of legitimate interest. The League shall communicate about events and issue news to its members, sending information that is not intrusive, with no reason to believe that an individual would rather not receive it. We ensure all personal information is used and stored and treated in an appropriate manner.
We may pass your personal data to third parties who are service providers to us for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf. However, we disclose only the personal data that is necessary for the third party to deliver their services, and we require them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own purposes.

· Data will not be kept for longer than is necessary to carry out our role efficiently.
The League collects Member details by way of Registration Forms and Entry Forms. The submission of such data by Members is deemed to imply consent to the storage and use of that information as outlined in this Policy. If you do not want us to continue to hold your personal information, or to receive further communication from the League, please contact the Secretary.
